In the past I've had bad experiences with customer service and not getting refunds due to drivers taking extra long routes or saying they can't find you and charging a cancelation fee. This was in 2018 when I rated it 2 stars. I'm increasing this review to 4 stars from 2 because I haven't had a major issue in 5 years and their reporting is good for exporting your transactions for tax time.

the app has poor communication when there's an issue there's no one to speak to or hear back from just a handful of "helpful" options to select to resolve an issue. I was grossly overcharged for a ride when I requested the ride the price was different than what was taken out of my account and there's no way to resolve the issue when you can't talk to an actual person.

Its was good at first and better then uber since it wasn't so expensive, it would charge me like 18$ to take me to work but after a while it went up and kept going up and in 2 months it started charging 25$ I get that prices fluctuate but its never gone back down just stays the same or gets more expensive. Wouldn't be surprised if its closer to 30$ in another couple of months
